The Mexican-Panamanian consortium Cilsa Panama-Minera Maria started the excavation work March 21 and by April 30, registered 3.2 percent progress.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Panama Canal Authority (ACP)<\/strong><br \/>\nThe ACP is the autonomous agency of the Government of Panama in charge of managing, operating and maintaining the Panama Canal.
