Dora María Perez Balladares Boyd holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts and Sciences, Biological Behavioral Bases from the University of Pennsylvania, United States.
She stands out for her experience in the banking area, as she was Director of the National Bank of Panama from 2019 to 2022 and independent director of Banco Universal in 2015. She worked as an advisor in the management of stock investments, participating as a partner in the companies Inversiones Fedora from 2008 to 2010, and Pegasus Capital Corp., from 2000 to 2008. She also held the position of Vice President for Corporate Banking at PRIBANCO from 1998 to 2000.
She took office as a member of the Board of Directors of the Panama Canal Authority on March 29, 2022.
