WEB USERS ABLE TO TRACK HISTORIC EXPANSION PROJECT

PANAMA CITY, Panama, April 15, 2008 – Accessing information on the new Panama Canal Authority (ACP) Web site, http://www.pancanal.com/, is now easier than ever. The ACP officially re-launched its site which features a new design, new content and even more interactivity.

The new Web site provides faster navigation and allows users to track the Canal’s historic expansion. With portals for students and researchers, press, the maritime industry, clients and the general public, http://www.pancanal.com/ hosts content dating from the waterway’s initial construction period to recent projects and the latest updates on the Expansion Program.
